Hiring Process Requirements
Resumes must include a cover letter describing what kind of environment, work-style and position you are seeking, along with what has not made you happy about previous companies where you were employed.
After review of resumes, at least one virtual interview may be requested.
After virtual interview(s) an in-person simulation will be required, including: a face to face meet and greet with WDS Team at our office along with a tour of our office and a few of our projects in architectural process and under construction.
All candidates must be willing to take a personality assessment prior to onboarding.
All candidates must be willing to undergo a background check prior to onboarding.
Onboarding is conducted remotely via Gusto for HR.
Compensation
Salary in $55-120/year range but depends on Experience.
Medical, Dental, Vision after 30 days.
Sick and Personal Time after 90 days.
Vacation after one year.
Must have own transportation. (Vehicle/Fuel can be exchanged for partial salary)
