Excited to work in a Design-Build environment.
Willing to interact with WDS Team, Engineers, Municipalities and Clients.
Comfortable coordinating with in-house Pre-Construction and Construction.
Hiring Process Requirements
Resumes must include a cover letter describing what kind of environment, work-style and position you are seeking, along with what has not made you happy about previous companies where you were employed.
After review of resumes, at least one virtual interview may be requested.
After virtual interview(s) an in-person simulation will be required, including: an in-person meet and greet with WDS Team at our office along with a tour of our office and a few of our projects in architectural process and under construction.
All candidates must be willing to take a personality assessment prior to onboarding.
All candidates must be willing to undergo a background check prior to onboarding.
Onboarding is conducted remotely via Gusto for HR.
Salary in $90-150/year range but depends on Experience. (See below)
